The 100 percent online, asynchronous format means you have the flexibility to keep up with other responsibilities while earning your degree, but flexibility doesn’t mean you won’t get attention from instructors. Our industry-experienced faculty employ hands-on techniques in degree coursework. The university maintains small class sizes to accommodate in-depth interaction and engagement. Plus, Carlow’s online accounting degree program is affiliated with the Accounting Consortium, which serves as an avenue for you to find internships at assorted accounting, tax and law firms.

We accept up to 90 transfer credits, allowing some students to graduate in as little as one year. Through our 4+1 option, you can apply nine credits from the bachelor’s program to a Carlow MBA or master’s in fraud and forensics. Double majoring or receiving a minor is also simple in our bachelor’s in accounting program. If you enter the program with 0–30 credits, you can complete a double major in subjects like business management or human resources. Graduate in 1–4 years prepared to sit for the CPA exam and pursue a career in accounting, auditing, business management or finance.
